Concept Sketch
Designing a new look for a blank building was an exciting challenge.
The final project was far less involved than the concept sketch, but
it ends up fun just the same.
I had been working with Dave Bowles on projects where we built props by cutting out plywoood shapes (Dave does the construction and I rendered a 3D looking image on the cut out shapes).
This
"set design" appliqué project came from the props like
the instruments shone below being used in promotions at Universal Studios.
